The Day When Life Humbles you

Life is beautiful.
Truly beautiful.
Not because every day feels magical. Not because everything goes according to plan. But because life has this strange way of surprising us exactly when we think we have understood it.

And honestly,
surprises are what make our hearts beat faster.

Sometimes they arrive wrapped in happiness. Sometimes they arrive carrying pain, confusion, heartbreak, failure, loneliness, or silence.
But both are still part of life.

Life Is Not “Strawberry” All The Time

We all want the sweet parts.
The soft days.
The peaceful evenings.
The successful moments.
The messages we wait for.
The love we dream about.
The easy wins.

We all want strawberries. But life does not work like a dessert menu.
There comes a time when life quietly places a bitter gourd in front of us.
And the worst part? There is no choice.
You have to eat it.
You close your eyes.
You make faces.
You feel like spitting it out.
You immediately crave sugar after it.
But instead of sugar, life gives another bitter bite. That phase hurts.
It makes us sad. Upset. Angry. Jealous. Tired. Lost.

Sometimes we even start questioning ourselves: “Why is everyone else happy except me?”

But maybe those bitter moments are not punishments.
Maybe they are medicines. Because bitter things heal differently.
They clean us from inside.
They remove illusions.
They break our ego.
They teach patience.
They teach silence.
They teach strength.
And most importantly, they teach us who we really are when life stops being comfortable.

The Role Of Trust

During these phases, trust becomes everything.
Sometimes the trust has to be in your own decisions. Sometimes the trust has to be in your efforts. And sometimes… You simply raise your hands and surrender to the ultimate player — God.
Not because you are weak. But because some battles are too heavy to carry alone.
And strangely, surrender is not defeat. Sometimes surrender is peace.

One Truth You Must Remember Listen carefully, my friend. Maybe this feeling is temporary. Maybe after reading this, life will still feel difficult for some time. But this truth remains unchanged:
You will get sugar.”

Life will not keep feeding you bitterness forever.
One day it will offer sweetness again.
Not just sugar. It will offer things you never even imagined asking for.

Peace you never knew existed. Love you thought was impossible. Moments that heal your old wounds silently.
But first… You have to complete the process. If You Are Going Through A Hard Time Maybe your struggle is short. Maybe it has already lasted years. Maybe you are one of those people who have been fighting quietly for a very long time.
Still…
It will end. And the proof is simple:
You are still here.
You are reading this.
You have not given up yet.
Somewhere inside you, hope is still breathing. And hope is not a small thing.
Hope is the final lifeline of a human being. It is what builds personality.
It is what keeps tired people moving. It is what creates warriors from broken hearts.
One day, this constant running will stop. And maybe you will find yourself sitting peacefully on a bench… In a garden filled with tulips and sunflowers.
Under the shade of a beautiful cherry tree. Reading your favourite book. Breathing slowly. Smiling gently. And around you will be things you once prayed for…
Along with blessings you never even thought were possible.
I am not a life coach. I have not seen everything in life. But I strongly believe in one thing:
Life gives more than you asked for — but only after a season of learning.

Good Day Or Bad Day?

Tell me honestly. How was your day yesterday? Good? Bad? Neutral?

Now think deeply. What actually defines a “good” or “bad” day? Only one thing:
Expectation.

You expected peace, but got work — bad day.
You expected one good movie, but watched two amazing ones — great day.
You wanted Pav Bhaji, but your brother surprised you with your favourite momos too — perfect day. You wanted time with your best friend, but they went out with someone else — terrible day.

Correct? So the labels “good” and “bad” are often nothing more than expectations meeting reality.
And that realization changes everything.

I read something beautiful in Bhagavad Gita yesterday:

त्यक्त्वा कर्मफलासङ्गं नित्यतृप्तो निराश्रयः।
कर्मण्यभिप्रवृत्तोऽपि नैव किञ्चित्करोति सः।।4.20।।

A person who is detached from both the process and the outcome continues doing work, yet remains untouched internally.

Imagine helping someone without thinking:

“I did something great.”
“I deserve something back.”
“Now life owes me happiness.”
That person starts receiving not just “good” in return…
But something even greater — peace.

Of course, this is difficult. Maybe impossible to fully achieve for an ordinary person.
But perhaps we can at least try to detach from constant thoughts.Because thoughts create expectations. And expectations decide whether we call something happiness or suffering.

Please Don’t Stop Living

Watch your favourite movie today.
Eat your favourite food.
Listen to your comfort song.
Watch that series you love.
Eat your favourite sweet.

But after that… Move.
Do the remaining work. Complete the unfinished tasks. Learn something new. Take action again. Do not become emotionally parked in one painful moment.
And never be afraid of goals. Break your body with effort every day.
Because then food tastes better.
Sleep feels deeper.
Rest feels peaceful.
And free time finally feels earned.

Every single breath inside you carries the potential to change your entire life. Never underestimate that. When Life Humbles You… Be Calm Let your expectations break. Let some dreams shatter. Let some plans fail. Let some days get wasted. Because sometimes destruction creates a stronger version of you. Better goals. Better efforts. Better discipline. Better behaviour. Better understanding. Life humbles everyone eventually. But the people who continue walking calmly through the storm… Become unforgettable. So if life is humbling you right now— Do not panic. Do not rush your healing. Just keep going. One quiet step at a time. And one day, you will shock yourself with how far you came.
